The Good Practice Guidelines for SBCC M&E have been prepared in response to the needs of practitioners, and are intended to provide accessible reference material around demand reduction impact measurement, as well as processes to explore what’s working and what’s not, and to inform adaptive management of messages, messengers and mechanisms. Sections focus on how to prepare baselines, formative and summative research approaches, and there is also a checklist for those commissioning consumer surveys.
